This project involved updating the dual lobbies across the two buildings of the property by removing the existing carpet and replacing it with large-format materials. The work focused on custom cuts and detailed designs to fit the specific dimensions of the lobby spaces.

Custom Lobby Flooring Installation

The renovation required precise preparation to transform the entryway floors across both blocks.

• Carpet Removal: We removed the old carpet flooring throughout both building lobbies as the first step of the renovation.
• Large-Format Tiles: We installed 24×48 tiles to give the dual lobbies a clean and modern appearance.
• Custom Individual Cuts for Special Design: To achieve the special geometric floor design shown in the project layout, the tiles were individually cut and fitted on site. Every piece was measured and shaped to match the exact pattern requirements, corners, and architectural lines of both lobby areas.
• Refined Finish: The combination of large tiles, custom pattern cuts, and precise installation created a sharp, well-fitted surface designed to handle daily visitor traffic while upgrading the overall entrance experience across the two residential buildings.
